A gallon of Habanero Tabasco is a Good Thing, is very economical, may be able to prevent/cure prostate cancer, and can last a long time. (It goes very well with Nature's Most Perfect Food. ;^)

Hmmm....methinks that the Tabasco I have goes "weak" at the rate I use it already--a gallon would be dust by the time I got to it!

Sounds like you don't use it enough! And don't keep it for yourself! ;^) Ja'el likes the normal Tabasco. Laura and Naomi like a little of the Jalapeno.

Speed of use isn't a problem. There is a little bit of separation with the goodies settling to the bottom and the vinegar topping.

You might actually like their habanero better, it has some extra flavors: "A Jamaican-style pepper sauce, blended with mango, papayas, tamarind, banana, ginger and ground black pepper, the result is a deceptively fruity, yet totally fiery HOT sauce."

They do sell it in smaller bottles. Do it for your prostate. Do it for your wife. Do it for your children.

Think of it as health insurance with flavor! Share it with your friends. Put it in your grilling sauces.

Bubba, do you refrigerate your Tabasco? I think that it won't degrade quickly when chilled.

The original I do, the newer flavors I use quickly enough--and the chipotle thickens immensely if it's refridgerated.

Chipotle, I'm not very fond of. Hmmm...

If your normal Tabasco is oxidizing, even when refrigerated, you must be very reluctant to use it.

I think that maybe you shouldn't be called "Bubba." :^)

Actually, it's only Bubba in Texas and Lousy-anna that uses a lot of 'baccy sauce. Bubba in 'Bama, Mis'ippi, Jaw-juh, Tenn'see, or Car'lina eats a fairly bland diet.
