Actually that sounds like a very good thing!(tm)

What do you think would go best on it? I've only really tried sourdough at Schlotsky's...

Anything with a robust flavor, really. Connie's been making whole wheat sourdough crusts for years.

You've probably had some of her sourdough at F(l)atirons Feasts, too--the SOUR taste of mass produced sourdough bread actually comes from something called "sour salt," not the actual fermentation process.
