Are you encouraging your children?

Subsequent studies revealed that the most persistent students do not ruminate about their own failure much at all but instead think of mistakes as problems to be solved.

I mean: Properly encouraging them?

Boy, I wish you'd led with the conclusion; that a bit of hard work is worth more than a whole lot of ability.
