Normally, I just put up pro-Apple or anti-MS stuff, so, for a change, here's an article about Dell.
Apparently some of their customers, the State of New York, and many of the commenters think Dell's not a good, customer service-oriented company.

If I were the CEO of Dell, I'd sell the company and give the money back to the shareholders.
