"I want a girl..."

"... like the girls on Fox News..."

(with "more cow bell"  ;^)

Tar and feathers...

... have not yet been properly applied:

"... the staff of the North Carolina State Board of Elections (SBE) successfully subverted state law to facilitate online voter registration in North Carolina by the 2012 Barack Obama campaign."

 but is definitely called for!

We'll never run out of wind...

From wattsupwiththat.com

“One of the inherent challenges of wind energy is that as soon as you start to develop wind farms and harvest the resource, you change the resource, making it difficult to assess what’s really available,” says Adams.

Now, if only we could harness the (destructive) power of Stupid...

Thinking "Rand Paul"

If you didn't hear his response to BHO's SOTU speech, there's a link in the article linked below.

The article is about Senator Paul giving back over 1/2 $M from his staff budget.

He might be what we're looking for.

That's the best you can do?

So, Saturday Night Live makes a blasphemous "skit" about Jesus resurrecting in a mood for vengeance...

And the most popular objection is :

Is NBC's spoof of vengeance by Jesus offensive? [WND for the article]
Yes, and NBC would never dare mock Muhammad in such a way (32%, 208 Votes)

Wow.

Update:

“Such misrepresentation of what Jesus, peace be upon him, stands for is extremely offensive to Muslims and to all those who believe in his message,” said Nihad Awad, executive director of CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

The President at the National Prayer Breakfast...

... gets an earful of wisdom from Dr. Benjamin Carson! He's trying to incentivize the youth of our nation to educational greatness at Carson's Scholars Fund.

With friends like these...

So, (ex) Senator Chuck Hagel has been nominated to be the Secretary of Defense.

He's having a hard time and may be filibustered by the Republicans - who were his colleagues.

Hmmm...  Will it be bad?  Probably not, because he's got the support of the CPUSA:

He [Hagel] does, however, represent the more sober elements who have called in our national discourse for rejection of the old cold war tactics, the unilateralism and the continual push for wars all over the world.

I predict that he'll get the same warm treatment that Hillary got (with the exception of Sen. Rand Paul!) in her acceptance of the blame for the consulate tragedy/debacle in Libya.

Bah!
