But don't worry the liberal governmental and educational establishment is going to change that.
Apparently, according to an article in the Minnesota Star Tribune (h/t PowerlineBlog), a school principal has been safely carrying a concealed pistol at work with his bosses permission -- and it's all legal.
But, now that it's come out, the Governor and Education officials are going to try to make that change.
"I cannot even imagine a situation where we would consider giving people permission to carry guns in school," Richfield Schools Superintendent Robert Slotterback said. "You're not going to have a gun drawn. If they walk up to you, point a gun and fire, it doesn't matter if you have a gun in your pocket or not."Because it's so hard to get a gun out of your pocket when your life is on the line...
I'm not looking forward to finding out how "Blue" Colorado has become in the near future.
